Shipping and Delivery

Expect a 3-5 business day window to prepare your order for shipment, with an average delivery time of 4-7 days depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided 3-5 days post-shipment. In the event you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 days, please contact us at Charges will only apply to items shipped, with backordered items charged upon dispatch. Contact us before returning any items, as unauthorized returns will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) will be issued for approved returns, which must be included with your shipment. Returns without proper RMA documentation will be declined. A restocking fee may apply for returns approved after 7 days from receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt for return, replacement, refund, or credit arrangements. If your package arrives notably damaged, document the condition upon delivery or refuse the package. Should a shipment be refused, inform your sales representative immediately. Claims for damage cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receipt.
