Refund policy

 

We don't provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final 

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here are the guidelines for our returns policy:

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

-We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

-We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a Return, please submit an email to beardedhairguy@yahoo.com with the following information:

- Order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items you are returning. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

- Reason for the return (i.e., incorrect item received or damaged during transit)

-Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
