Shipping Information

When you order from BeardedHairGuy, you’re purchasing from a variety of talented local and international artists and manufacturers. Here’s what to expect:

• Order Processing: 1 - 3 business days typically needed to process your order. Shipping may take about 2 - 3 weeks.
• Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order dispatches from the warehouse. Note that processing times may increase based on order volume.
• International Shipping: Deliveries outside our base country can take 4 - 7 weeks, with intermittent tracking availability.
• Delays: Understand that unforeseen delays from production setbacks or logistics issues can occur, but don’t worry if your order is behind schedule.
• Order Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours, or before the order is sent for processing, to avoid any charges. Unfortunately, we can't refund orders that have already been dispatched.

If your delivery hasn't arrived in 8 weeks, please reach out to beardedhairguy@yahoo.com. Remember to get in touch within the 8-week period; beyond that, we’ll consider the order complete.

Express Shipping

We provide the quickest shipping methods available for express orders.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Entering the correct shipping address is essential. Should a package be dispatched with an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot modify the details while in transit. In such cases, packages may be returned or lost, and refunds will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel orders within 24 hours. After that, should the order be processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer an option without a 30% restocking fee.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces, like name chains or photo pendants, can’t be cancelled after production begins. No refunds or cancellations are possible post-dispatch.

Return Policy

We cater to issues with missing, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns.

Lost or Missing Orders

Once a carrier reports a successful delivery, we aren’t liable for lost or missing items. If you can't find a delivered package, contact us for a possible courtesy discount on a reshipment.

Add a $5 package insurance for comprehensive coverage against loss or theft post-delivery. A Police Report is necessary for stolen items to be reshipped.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Track your package through the email provided post-dispatch. Shipping times can vary from 1-12 business days in the US, based on method and location. Note that standard international processing can take up to 4 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are final and non-refundable. If you reject a shipment, you will cover the cost for the return as well as the initial shipping.

Delivery Policy

For lost or missing packages, make sure to contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

Claims for Delivery Issues

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve claims, which can take up to 30 days.

Stock Availability

Should an item be out of stock, we’ll dispatch the rest of your order and refund the unavailable item.

Reserving Rights on Shipping

We might require a common shipping and billing address if any issues arise with your order. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays irregular purchasing or returning behaviors indicative of fraud or other malicious activities.
